Dori is passionate about changing the negative attitudes in our society toward those living with mental health challenges, particularly for people of faith. Dori’s personal journey of healing inspired her to become a licensed counselor and founder of Refuge Counseling Centers in Idaho. (www.refugecounseling.com)

She has been offering counseling services to individuals and families since 2003. Dori has a Master of Education degree in counseling and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.

She has been serving alongside her husband, Jim, in various church leadership and ministry roles for the past forty years.

Jim has many years of experience as a church planter, lead pastor of a multi-site congregation, adjunct professor, and has taught in Africa, Europe, and Asia. 

With a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership, Jim has a heart for leaders walking through challenging ministry seasons. He is passionate about listening to their stories and helping them pursue God and His purposes for them. 

Jim loves teaching Scripture in its historical and cultural context and has led groups to Israel on several occasions.

Andrea grew up on the mission field and is currently serving in full-time ministry alongside her husband, Matt.  Most recently, Andrea and Matt are committed to a church revitalization project in Boise, Idaho.

Andrea is passionate about staying alongside front-line spiritual warriors as they serve.  She has experienced the difficulties that can come through following Jesus and serving in ministry.  While at times it can be a difficult calling, Andrea believes it is a worthy calling and celebrates those who have the courage to say yes!

Andrea has a bachelor's degree in Missions/Bible and a master's in counseling.  She loves the gift of being a mom to her three children and over the last 25 years, serving with Matt in full-time ministry.  They love to travel, meet new people and are committed life-long learners.

Growing up on the mission field, Josh had a desire to come alongside ministry leaders to help them  as they pour out much of their time and energy for others.  

Josh has a bachelor's degree in biblical studies with an emphasis on pastoral ministry and a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling.  His counseling service are centered on God's design for abundant life and bringing attention to the thoughts and emotions that can help us navigate challenging experiences.  He also counsels married couples and teenagers.

Josh is married, has two young daughters, enjoys being outdoors and participating in sports of any kind.
